Reviews - Recommendations - Current Readings

I don't like to write reviews and don't know many who do.  If anyone would like to review a book, feel free to send it in and I'll post it.

Until then, here's a recommended and currently reading list from our employees!

Rob Is Reading

The Way of Shadows by Brent Weeks

Assassins!  Yay!

Last Read: Unfallen Dead (Connor Grey, Book 3) by Mark Del Franco

Much better than book two.  More focus on the main character and his "problems" as well as bringing up interesting things from his past.  Nothing annoys me more than 200 pages of nothing and 50 pages of EVERYTHING all at once.  Worth reading book two because of books 1 and 3... I will actually be reading 4.  Maybe this is an AWESOME book but I can't tell because fantasy is generally "ick" to me.  Fairies and magic and blah blah blah.

Last Read: We Have Always Lived in the Castle by Shirley Jackson

This family is messed up.  I'm not sure if I thought they were totally nuts or everyone else was.  I don't know if I like books from this era (1962) but I must say... it was an easy read.  Would I recommend it?  Maybe.  Probably.  It really didn't take me that long to read it but I was reading a friend's novella draft so I only now started another book.

Danielle is Reading (STILL?!)
